Description: A few days ago I was visiting Peratallada, a fortified town in the Girona Province where most of the buildings were built from the stone carved from the fosse or moat which still encircles the village. I was afraid to miss the sunrise but I arrived just in time to photograph the sun rising from behind the 13th-century church dedicated to Sant Esteve (Saint Stephen) outside the town walls.
